I started my bike tour second day from Heart Island Conservation Area campsite, took the Spring to Spring Trail back to DeLand, then headed to Blue Springs, and eventually made my way to Buck Lake Conservation Area near Titusville. Along the way, I checked out the incredible Blue Springs and Green Pond. Covered 72 miles today.

Awesome bike ride. The distance you cover is always so impressive to me. That Blue Springs area looked amazing and looks like a great spot to watch manatees.

Thank you. I enjoy long rides. Blue Springs had some Manatees but a couple of months ago they had about 1K Manatees, the previous record was 700.

Oh great. You sold me on Bucks Lake Campground for next Winter. Manatee Hammock Campground is so expensive and no privacy. That means a longer stay!! Thank you.

Another great day. 46 degrees is like a heat wave! LOL. With as many State Parks that you visit, I'm surprised you don't have an annual pass. The Springs were beautiful. Did you discover a crime scene with those bullet casings? Random find for a bike trail. Seems suspicious. Be careful on those back roads and trails. Have a great day.

I think they were shooting birds there but you never know. I did have an annual pass last year but it cost only two bucks to get into state parks by bike so I don't think I would save any money paying $60/year but I do have an annual pass for Jacksonville parks.
