It seems like a person gets to experience some quiet, peaceful moments of beauty, and to reflect on experiences, and on life itself, while sitting on a train. I've not taken Amtrak yet, but might do so on a good route, when I don't want to drive so long. Nice video short! 🕊️

It's always interesting to see where you go. How do you choose your bike routes? We've always been impressed by how many miles you go but now you've got some competition! Around the world? Wow! Nice that you can camp for free along the way. Also good that you had some cover. Love seeing the small towns.

I'm always looking for trails to ride but the Ohio to Erie Trail was on my list for a long time. Yes I got the competition, it's hard to beat this one 😆 Town of London is proud to offer a free camping for trail riders. I got to talk to some locals there too, nice people all around.

Thomas I'm enjoying following your journey. I live in the Rochester area so I'm familiar with that part of the trail a few miles East and West of the city. I used to run there but now that I'm in my 60's, it has to be biking. When I retire next year, I think I'd like to cycle the entire trail too. That said, what do you do with your bike when you go for breakfast, coffee and camp at night? I suppose you find something to lock it to but do you feel it's secure when it's our of sight? It looks like an expensive bike so I'm sure you keep an eye on it as much as possible. Happy Travels!

Thank you so much for following my adventures. When I go to the store or eat I lock up the bike but still try to keep an eye while inside. I always take my bike into the hotel room or put it right next to the tent when camping. Hope you get to ride the whole trail. It's one of my favorites. Thanks again and take care! 😊

Paved road!...I liked the trees make shelter from the heat for you. Wow Yes the arched tunnel is awesome to see wow, another bridge? 12:36 12:51 It was very pleasant ride to your destination. Thank you for sticking around 😁 There are places to eat if you are going off the trail but not many stores or gas stations where you can grab a quick snack or meal without leaving the trail. I love those old covered bridges, they look cool and not many are left anymore and Bridge of Dreams really deserves its name. I'm always keeping the bird list open and marking down the birds I see or hear but can't stop for them or other way I'm not making it to my destination, haha. Thanks again for watching and all the best to your adventures and travels!
