Another way you heal, when you have encountered probably heartbreak, ghosting etc you shouldn't dwell too much in it. Just accept that it has happened and let it all go it's not easy I know but then you should just let go of that feeling, so it doesn't affect your happiness, joy. It's only when you dwell too much in it you begin to feel less of yourself. 😊 Another thing is, we should try and define whatever relationship we're in with anyone, so when any of these happens it doesn't really get to us. Once you had define your relationship you would have made up your mind that anything can happen along the line.... Thank you
