I’m struggling with what I thought was indigestion cuz I have no pain with food I just feel like when I eat and at times I regurgitate food and throwing up some helps so now I def know it’s a sign of heartburn. I am pregnant and I feel like that’s gotten worse so I eat smaller meals and it does help a bit but I do still feel like I burp a lot lol

I am from India , suffer from upper abdominal discomfort with gases pressure and it is trapped. It is never ending problem. It is like dyspepsia and ibs. In the childhood it was with loose motion and it is constipation. But no pain I feel. I feel pain in the lower abdomen when I got decently. What is it , please help.
