Uno Heartstone. You must play the card of the same type, or cost, as the last card that was played. This starts after any player plays the first card of the match
I had one more. Something like "Wild West Heartstone". You can only Quickdraw aka only play cards that entered your hand this turn. Its kinda like this topdeck idea but not so linear since draw and discover works.
Ideas: 1. Hearthstone but the deck can only have cards from A-Z (so the first card needs to start with A, then the second card in the deck start with B...) 2. Hearthstone but all cards have forced outcast (can only play left or right-most card, and demon hunter is banned) 3. Hearthstone but the game starts at turn 10
@@Opno Well, I don't know what he'll ban next time, he's running out of things. Both put the time dragon and cant play it, but are capped at 15 seconds (time is banned). Both put unplayable cards in their decks only (good cards banned), neither can deal damage to the other (hp banned)... Whoever can kill himself first wins (survival is banned)... OR for the players are banned format, he could do what Krip and Day9 already tried, let the audience play their decks via voting or another program. Not original, but that could work, since there are no players, just the audience... Don't know, but I find this funny...
If you do this next time, please bring the 1 mana legendary weapon that can change your top deck card, or the 4 mana 4/4 legendary from titans that gives you a new hero power, that can change your opponent's topdeck
I think this challenge would've been more interesting if rule was: you can only play cards you drew this turn. It activates warlock HP and a lot of cards while still not losing the whole "don't use your hand" shtick, you can even make a rule to play them in draw order
The thumbnail didnt load when i clicked on this Video and i just assumed that both of you would be playing with your nose or feet or smth, needless to say I was kind of disappointed, but at the same time interested again.
I sometimes go back to the albatross video, always hoping to relive watching such great content for the first time again. And here is Lt Eddie providing more, love it.
nice rules personally, I would see where you always have to play 2 cards, for example, I'm curious what you would come up with, because you can't play expensive cards, unless you have really cheap cards to parry , because a lot of these challenges come down to playing one card per round
Well that was an interesting way to play. I think your vids with the strange and different rules for playing the game are my favorite to watch. Oh, and because of Eddy, the warlock Titan shall now be known to me as "Sir Gayest"
This was another fun video to watch! The only thing that confused me is that you always have to play the top decked card, but made it seem like it was illegal for your top decked card to draw you another card and then play that new card? It would then be you top decking a draw card into a new top deck on the same turn. This was more "You can only play the first card drawn in a turn." If it had worked the way I originally understood, Warlock with small bois would be super powerful to just keep playing your deck.
My first ever legend was with Priest, during DH days... It was a deck with Abatross and Sethekk, deck had no win condition, the idea was to just make my oponent life miserable while generating cards... the name of the deck was "Skill"
Also forbidden cards, the guys that spend your whole mana to do a thing. Druid minion that gets 1/1 for each mana, priest one that summons a random minion, warlock summoning tentacles. Also the alterac valley legendary
Playing with my friends. We would build each other decks. Thing was, you would create it with the suggestions that hearthstone recommends. The deck builder would suggest 3 cards and we would always pick the worst card for the deck. We would draft it with the other person watching it, fun as hell.
Speed Deckbuilding Challenge: Have a 3rd party create a simple deckbuilding restriction, then its revealed to you and your opponent right before you duel and you only get a limited amount of time to draft your decks. Like 5-10~ minutes or so.
Just now started the video. I hope that one of them plays discard warlock because I feel like that would go crazy. You can still get value from things in your hand.
A video idea you could try is At the end of the opponents turn you have to call out what you are going to do For example enemy board has 4 minions and you dont have a good play so you say "i will play a tar creeper and ping face" But then you draw a flame strike You are not allowed to play it You can however say, i will play whatever card i draw next and hope it is better than your current hand If you dont have enough mana to play the card, you pass
Idk if you’ve done this one before but you can do a challenge where the opponent picks which cards you can play each turn by choosing like “furthest left/right” “second from the left/right” you can even get some knowledge cause maybe you choose a card the opponent can’t play on 4 mana so that card is obviously more than 4 mana
i thought about a concept where you can only play cards that have "hero power" in them (idk if there's enough of them), but more broadly a challenge where you use your hero power ""only""
Hearthstone where each player drafts their own deck in Arena, but they do it live and take turns drafting cards for their deck. A player could avoid drafting Rustrot Viper if the other person picked Mage and such.
Battle of the Outcasts, Hearthstone but you can only play your leftmost or rightmost card, bonus difficulty you can only play from your left OR your right.
Im surprised none of them went for the quests for their dead hand cards, in my mind that's a good way of thinning your deck, keeping more expensive stuff could be better though, idk.
Honestly it would've been a better video if it worked like that, top deck only felt a bit too restrictive. Being able to play any card drawn on a given turn would've opened up some more interesting cards and strategies while still pretty much fitting the theme.
Should have made deck that give your opponent cards and win this way, like kill a minion spell from druid that draw 2 cards, this legendary that give 2 bots in hand (maybe as last filling), even murloc that draws 2 cards could have been good in discard lock. Probably there is way more cards like this, imagine just fully fill your opponents hand and than watch him pressing hero button over and over again (Probably concede is better lule).
The fact I dislike about this challenges is that how disbalanced first and second player become. In regular hs second player gets an additional card and a coin to balance that he goes second; but in this challenge you made it so you throw away the coin and having the additional card in the starting hand is actually a bad thing
Where my boy King Mukla at? If you do this again, you guys might need to ban that one guy that puts 3/3s in the opponent's hand that get summoned on his deathrattle though. Mukla's one thing but that guy would be too ridiculous.
Next, Hearthstone but we can only play RNG cards. (any cards that give/summon/attack/etc randomly) Edit: discover works but you gotta random number generate the card you choose
Same 1 opponent ResidentSleeper You know, TotalBiscuit used to take his gimmicks on the ladder. But I s'pose Rarran doesn't know TB. Where is 'Rarran reacts to TotalBiscuit lord of the gimmicks'? Respect where you came from.
just put cards in that make your opponent draw or put cards in there hand like the 3 mana 4/4 and 4 mana 7/7 btw if u are able to play the new mukla u auto win right?
