I can watch it all day. Deck is beyond annoying.

Plague DK should be the deck to keep Reno Warrior at bay, but it's even unfavored in that matchup.

The whole deck was initially intended as anti-DH tech.

@@Kestral287 Thank you. In my tries with Kibler's original Elemental Mage list, it was just too slow on tempo, despite all the freezing. I'll have to see if this excavate package works any better.

Dk and Dh both have extremely strong weapons, and his deck has several "play elemental last turn" synergies that having a 1 drop can help smooth out efficiently. I'm not speaking for him, I haven't watched the entire vod or anything, just my observations from playing vs many DH and DKs this past week

Modern HS has way bigger tempo swings so minor tempo advantages matter much less. Glacial shard's freeze has value later in the game + modern dk is unlikely to overrun you with early minions

@@alucard92717 I know you're not in his full defense, but still it's just the obvious wrong play to me even with your explanation: 1) Kibler directly states it's because of the hero power (0:26). We laughed at those guys back in classic, but maybe those guys were just geniuses for their time and they ended up being right xD 2) Holding cards because there is a 40% chance (2 full mulligans) they _might_ have a decent answer to it seems wrong to begin with. I get being withdrawn about your win-condition, but there is no reason to be so attached to a 1-drop. Get it out there lol. 3) But ok, lets imagine the 40% and he DID play the 1-cost weapon. He's now frozen and floating 1 mana, letting G-Shard swing twice unless he also plays another 1-drop, which would most likely be the Miracle Salesman if anything. This still isn't even bad, and this is the literal worst case. I just don't see it :/ Sry for being obstinate
