Very nice to learn about this character. I never saw her in game, so I had no idea where she came from. I had gotten a few tidbits from the other Lores, but she definitely is one that needed a full explanation all around. The other heroes for the most part are well known in WoW and previous titles, but she seemed rather unique compared. That, and the fact I am a rogue player at heart, even if HS Rogue Class is not as great.

alot of the early art for hearthstone is taken directly from the old Warcraft trading card game. prep is just a troll no one of significance I believe.

TheDP3productions TL;DR: The reason Valeera is the Rogue hero is because she's a really important lore character in World of Warcraft, as long as you don't play WoW and just read the comics. -chard

Mangledorg 2nd Neither was Blackrock Depths. It's a general hearthstone lore series :). As I've mentioned earlier "Lore of the hero portrait" or "Lore of the adventure" does not have the same ring.

Holy deus ex machina batman. Good video, bad story. Like a giant stack of coincidences and Gary Stu's. At least Valeera herself seems to be one of the better parts of it.

+Lilliath A lot of people are not fond of this storyline. I don't mind it that much though agree Medan is one of WoW lore's weakest characters just due to how overpowered he is. He also comes across a bit stupid in the comics which is also pretty frustrating

Six Gamers Yeah, sounds to me like the story should have been Valeera and the bear druid guy. The racial tension, magic vs nature, addiction.. that's the part I'd like to read.
