The difference is in MTG, it's very hard to beat Kibler as a newbie, almost impossible. But it's not the case in hearthstone regardless of how good he is. This is kinda the reason why hearthstone gets popularized so much easier.

Haifeng Yang another reason is the Warcraft thing. I was so damn hyped when Blizzard announced Hearthstone. I even quit WoW for it. Played them both since Beta (but gotta admit that I despise WC1-3, just not my kind of game), but Hearthstone still has me hooked. It somewhat cured the addiction to WoW, which I now play for some weeks after a new expansion comes out. Hearthstone itself is not that addictive, but it's great to kill time

in my opinion other than the lower skill entrance barrier, why hearthstone gets popular pretty easy is that the game looks really flashy. The game is really damn well made, from the tavern theme to the shadow around the card art and the game flavor texts don't take itself too seriously. I tried gwent last week or so and i felt like thing just too serious, too gritty looking. While i find the gameplay mechanic interesting (i can't say it has more skill or whatever since i don't play many other card games), i can't get myself to open the game again.

It's by far my biggest mistake when playing priest, just picking the best card forgetting that's not what that card does.

Ina I mean you kinda can’t blame quest rogue, it’s very clear blizzard is going to make winning by value in fatigue difficult at best, you need a pro-active win condition in ANY deck. And I love long control match ups and I accept that.

ohh, that explains why the 2nd game played so slow :o And it seems it was a good counter towards kibler's deck.

well, kibler's deck is a control deck. quest rogue basically counters control, that's why kibler posts a lot of him beating quest rogue, because it really is like a david-meets-goliath scenario. the only time kibler actually BEATS quest rogue, is when he draws perfectly.. and that's sooo damn hard to do.

I would play only pirate warrior and be #1 legend. Any aggro deck is favored vs quest rogue. Even freeze mage beats it. BTW: I've checked the decks with the best 15 winrates for the past 4 days. There is no quest rogue between them... Once again blizzard fixes an imaginary problem...

Same here, it looked very interesting at the start becuz it was so underrated by all the streamers, but as soon i realized how ridiculously strong it is, i stopped playing it.

Ken Riven Either u r joking and I am bad at detecting sarcasm (sorry if that is the case) or you are misunderstanding the card. It presents 3 cards, 1 is part of the foe's deck, 2 aren't. If u guess correctly, u get the card if not u don't. Kibler correctly guessed. If he selected evicerste he wouldn't had the card as it wasn't in the foe's deck.

+MCOD1999 That's an interesting mechanic. I haven't played in awhile ... about half a year ... so I'm not up on the newest expansion cards. Thank you for taking the time to explain my error ... now I know better. :)

DeadHour glimme root will discover any card that was in ur opponents starting hand. Class/neutral cards don't matter that's why u can also discover the coin from it.

Huffer is from a random effect (except for when you pay 9 mana for him) but yeah you're right. Kinda surprised kibler didn't know you couldn't discover neutral cards.

How is playing a bunch of minions and bouncing them back then winning, 'fun'?

hmm pirat warrior loses to a few taunts a little bit of heal and weapon removal aggro druid clear the board twice and they concede and heal fucks them over aswell quest rough plays 4-6 turns with himself then throws infity 5/5 garbage on the board and refill sif you clear it as often as he wants or deals between 15 and 40 dmg with a single charge minion if he wan'ts to and if you taunt they don't care they need 3 wisp to clear the biggest taunt in the entire game they can legit kill the biggest taunt minion (i think its the 9 mana 6/12) with a total cost of 0 mana and a turn so they can atack or between 0-3 mana to kill it instantly
