For those wondering what the hell is Yellow Russia. During 19 century and first yars of 20 century russian aristocrated had an idea of taking parts from weakened and fractured China (Hence yellow part) and to make it new province of Russia. That'd be Zheltorossia, named that way kinda like Novorossia (today it's south and eastern parts of Ukraine) was called that way because it's previously no-mans land populated only by some nomad tribes before it was domesticated by Russian Empire, hence it was in a sense new (Novo) russian land. They even took some territory in Manchuria (cities like Harbin and Shenyang (Mukden at that time) were under russian control and russian empire had a fleet base of Port-Artur, modern Dalian ), but lost it during war against Japan 1904-1905 and later after civil war russian empire became USSR. So this idea was fogotten.
