Easiest way to beat this mod is by doing these following steps: 1. Play as Brandenburg in Germany 2. Release yourself as German Reich 3. Do oppose Hitler (this will instantly win the civil war aswell as give you 24 divisions) 4. Justify on all core territory (these justifications will be quick) 5. Every country will have less than 4 divisions early game except for you who will have 24 divisions, so act quickly. 6. Bring back the Kaiser 7. Conquer former German Empire territory in Europe 8. Do the focus in the German Empire trees to regain cores on all former German territory for even quicker justifications 9. Reap the benefits.

I hate how little funding Kentucky gets because it exists in Appalachia so it needs more federal education, but Mitch McConnel has stalled the senate for so long that it is a pipe dream. But maybe you can change that :)
