I predict an alt-history mod called *"What if World War 2 never happened????"* and it's just regular mod with all focus trees that declare war removed, absurdly high fabrication, and no world tension.
Recruitable Populatoin Factor: 100% doesn't allow you to conscript everybody, it allows you to conscript twice as many people as before. That's because it's a factor, not how much of your population is actually recruitable.
According to Wikipedia: Tesco was founded in 1916 by Panteleimon Ponomarenko as an armed chav militia in the East Anglia region of the United Kingdom. The Tesco name first appeared in 1916, after Ponomarenko led a charge down Norwich Highstreet with a contingent of chavs armed with broken bottles and hardened potatoes. His kingdom expanded rapidly, and by 1939 he had annexed both greater London, Sussex and Munster, as well as parts of Norway and Denmark. Tesco would participate in world war 2 fighting against the allies, and eventually annexing all of the UK and Ireland as well as establishing a fascist puppet state in Belgium which occupied the french west coast, and also subjugating the former British Raj, establishing the Tesco Raj. Later on Ponomarenko declared war on the axis powers of Germany, Italy and Japan, after the Italian incompetence force killed all of the Tesco horse meat cattle in south eastern France. The Tesconian armies would then go on to defeat the axis in Europe, with japan yeeting out of the peace deal, and they would then proceed to annihilate the soviet forces as well as ISIS who were led by Pepe the frog. After this Tesco annexed all of their new lands and established horse meat farms across the world for the production of their 3 pound meal deals.
