Can't disagree, that feeling when you get a boat moving well is incredible. (even if it's freezing cold!) There was one session where it was about zero degrees, it SNOWED, and I had one of the best outings ever (I did have fantastic water and was taking out my shining new single/blades for the first time)
Really loved this. So often it's all about the reasons they row. It's about how they row. It's about how much they row. It's never just about how it feels to row, and that's what makes this video different. Thanks for sharing! :)
“When I stop rowing, I’d be in trouble...” That’s why you need an outside interest for the good reasons Andrew Campbell gave here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TvtAH0pNBe8.html Everyone has mental health but not everyone has mental health issues. I’m glad my teenage son, a committed novice rower who is addicted to fitness, still finds time to have an active, second & different interest outside his 5-day gym routine.
