It would be helpful if you explain more details. It is very nice, I'd like to know if that is paper you're using or fabric? The video starts in the middle of a project and I think the beginning is cut off. I enjoy your video but, give more because as a learner, I need more explanation to fully understand. How will it get applied to the dress? thanks.

Hi Sophie! My daughter-in-law has asked me to sew an appliqué of all lives matter on the ribbon skirt I'm sewing for her. Could you please tell me how to, or better yet, do a tutorial. I've learned even from watching this video, but I'd like to know where you get your stencils to design these.🥰❤️🙏

If I use satin I use Bridal satin,, it’s thick enough,,, and if I use cotton I use 100% so it’s not see through or too thin

What’s is that shiny green fabric type called?

@@chantelsettee19 I can't say for sure what she's using, but I like to use satin and heat bond. Satin can be finicky and fray, so heat bond is essential for your sanity 😂 Also, you can use pretty much any fabric, with trial and error. I also use 100% cotton or broadcloth, then use a bright or metallic thread. It gives good contrast to the matte finish of plain cotton, and it's shiny so it sparkles so pretty when they are dancing (if being used on regalia for Powwow). Hope I could help a little ☺️
