Today I was helping put a new roof on a home. It was HOT. I felt like I was going to pass out at least a dozen times. I got tunnel vision. My legs started cramping, and I started getting chills. I have felt horrible ever since. Im exhausted even though I've been resting for 8 hours. I just don't feel good right now. I'm pretty sure I developed heat exhaustion. I had a hard time climbing back down the ladder. I need to sleep now.
