Do not take metformin for diabetes as it causes lactic acidosis. Your blood becomes acidic and can cause pneumonia and even death. Metformin also blocks the absorption of vitamin B12. The best treatment for diabetes is to avoid sugar and exercise daily. Diabetics must stay away from from fruits as the sugar fructose in fruits affects the mitochondria and causes inflammation in the body. Even vegetables must be eaten sparingly as they are converted into sugar when digested. The only vegetables recommended are bitter melon, moringa leaf and fenugreek leaves Stay away from gluten in wheat, alcohol and animal milk to be healthy.
Sorry to hear that, talk to your doctor if your goal is to stop taking it. They can give you instructions on how to wean off instead of stopping it abruptly.

Wow, watching how the hems practically melted away within 48 hours, feels so good lol, I used what I talked about the other day, well it actually took about 72 hours for them to totally shrink and disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the sense of relief is so worth it.

@rajeshlumb8659 I still have all of this. I feel bad daily. I also have a 38 yr old daughter who is 100 % disabled who depends on my care for all her needs. I deal with daily.
Been on metoprolol for nine years and they upped my dose for no particular reason in 2020. I dismissed all the side effects as symptoms of the condition that the beta blocker was intended to protect against (a long qt interval that has never been a problem for me). I am now having many arrhythmias like SVTs and recently had a one time only Afib episode while drinking a cold drink which left me with a much lower resting heart rate (usually averages around 55 now it averages 54 but dips as low as 39 or 40). This is extremely uncomfortable and gives me palpitations all day and night long with long gaps between beats. I have also had nightly nightmares that are terrible --- usually after a few hours of sleep and closer to the morning which has resulted in me not wanting to go to bed. I hope to come off this drug and try something else at a lower dose.
