Concept was Good But can you tell me How you are getting Q=2430 BTU/hr ? Because same value i am putting, my answer is coming Q = 2470.5BTU/hr.

INSIDE AIR IS (R) = 0.65 IN YOUR LINKED DATA TABLE WHY YOU USE 0.25 AT BOTH O/A AND I/A ???????? ????????????????????????
