Like your video, I'm preparing for the exam. Thou, there is a a problem with the discussion on capacitor testing. The reason the ohm meter reads to the right and then to the left is because , the swing to the right is that is charging to the ohmmeter internal voltage potential, and when it swings to the left is not because it is discharging, but it has reached equilibrium a balance . the capacitor has charged to the source voltage and there is no current charging the capacitor. no current flow thus no meter movement.
