I hope you had a wonderful trip. Looks so delicious and easy. Horseradish will clean your sinuses with honey too. Local raw honey is so good and has many antibacterial properties. We used to have bees and I loved putting it in my tea, homemade bread and anything I could substitute it for sugar. Good job family putting food in your pantry. Have fun at the fair. Hope everyone has a blessed night!

I'm 2 weeks into my ferment. What are some good uses for this recipe?

People use this on all sorts of things. I know many people drizzle it on fried chicken or pizza, but really you could use it on anything that could use a sweet and spicy kick!

Can I make these in pint or qt jars and when fermented, divide into 1/2 pints? Would that change or shorten the stability ? Are ferments shelf stabile before opening?

You can absolutely divide them into different sized jars without affecting shelf-stability. If you put your ferments in the fridge after the fermenting process they will last 3 or 4 months. They don't last quite as long at room temperature

Hiw do you make it shelf s t able?
@FromtheRootsUp

The fermenting process makes them shelf stable. These will be good for about a year on the pantry shelf

Can you mix garlic in with pepper

I have never tried it, but both garlic and jalapeños ferment well in honey so I don’t see a reason for it not to work great!
