I got mine in December. Still works fine however, some of the rubber protection prongs have fallen off. Don't think that's suppose to happen. Skin is in direct contact with the heating prongs. Just ordered a different one.

I PURCHASED ONE AND AFTER FEW WEEKS THE RUBBER END TIPS STARTED TO FALL OFF WHERE YOU WILL BURN YOUR FACE...ALSO AFTER FEW WEEKS OF USE IT HAS CHARGING ISSUES WHERE IT WILL STOP FUNCTIONING! YOU WILL ONLY SEE THE DISPLAY ONCE ITS CHARGED BUT WONT HEAT UP THE BRUSH AT ALL. WASTE OF MONEY! ALWAYS GO WITH PLUG IN BEARD STRAIGHTENERS WHERE YOU WONT HAVE ANY BATTERY OR CHARGING ISSUES.

I just got mine today left it charging for couple hours never charged so I checked the charging block it’s a 1amp output and I checked with another charging block putting out 2.4amps and bingo it charged right up try that. Hope it helps.

50 times you brushed your beard WOW ! Way to much I have a thicker and longer beard then yours and I use my heat brush and only about 10 to 15 strokes. Maybe need to up the heat. No disrespect 🤜🤛

Thanks for the advice.... I'm really not a beard channel ... Just wanted to try out this heat brush..... So what your saying is not to brush it a lot? Does it damage your beard if you do?

Use a heat treatment spray for beards that way the heat won’t damage your hair. Also put heat brush to about 375 or 400 it will straighten with less brushing and a lot quicker 🤜🤛
