As a single mom that has been traveling since my son was a baby it’s easier on/off the planes to get car seat stroller combo Daysha is talking about. I agree 100% with Daysha
The stroller doesn’t last that long. She’s going to grow so fast out of that and unless you’re going to keep it for future kids I say no. Mom of 2 stair steppers
I was definitely taking Quik side but when hear Daysha out it’s not smart to take the more expensive one so yea get a less expensive one to travel with
from having the doona myself, it wasn’t worth it since it didn’t last. my daughter outgrew it within 8-9 months & it also got extremely heavy to take out & put into my truck & i drive a range rover. i’m not always w/my man so it really got crazy plus i’m petite but it’s cute lol🥰
I'M WITH DAYSHA!!!!! The Doona is definitely great for traveling so it's a smart convenience investment! I always wish I would've got one for my babies cause the airport struggle is NO JOKE 😩
The extra stroller thing isn’t a need it’s just a convenience to make you guy’s life easier and there’s nothing wrong with that. If it’s for the benefit of your child and the parents you should definitely purchase it, since y’all got the money. People be so quick to purchase designer but need to debate for essentials to make life easy
I’m usually on Quik side but with this one I’m with Daysha bc having another stroller for out of town could be really helpful. But I get his point on wasting money on things that won’t be used so if y’all really do use it then I think you should get it.
I agree with you Daysha. Get the Doona. You need different car seats/strollers for different things. If you have the money I don’t see the issue because Doonas come in handy
In the beginning i reallyyyyy did agree with Quik...but as the debate continued I understood why coz if its an ALL IN ONE and y'all are traveling it makes sense to have it...a car seat that turns into a stroller would be great🤷🏾♀️
Agree with getting another stroller, I wish I would of got another stroller. I understand where quik is coming from about being grateful for the stroller you have. I understand where is daysha coming from . But daysha is right tho I wish I would of listened to my mom about getting my son a another stroller for when we are traveling far .
Although it’s a very convenient stroller, I don’t think it’s a good idea only because it won’t last… my baby grew out of hers she’s only 8 months .. I went with the Nuna travel system 😇
I think they are nice too but my cousin son was also out of his by 9months then had to be an additional stroller and car seat I personally have the pivot by evenflo and love it and have the convenience of only having to replace the car seat but still have the stroller sorry tmi
2 strollers is a MUST! 1 for local travel and 1 for travel that requires flights. The airport workers will dent and scratch up the strollers, hell you’ll be surprised how many 3 wheeled strollers I’ve seen rolling around in the airport 😂
What’s poppin King & Queen ✊🏾 now Quik is right for his own preference on HIS MONEY . I think Daysha knows to be very grateful for the one you have Quik, But with traveling Daysha if you want it, you gotta buy it yourself if you want it because he already stated he is not buying it and you can’t force him to but I agree that getting the Doona would be a very good investment especially if y’all taking multiple trips. The Doona is definitely great for traveling, and if you live in spaces, but I don't like the idea of baby sitting in a carseat for too long which as a stoller combined it might happened, and two, they grow out of it really fast by a year even less.
I definitely understand both sides. But it will eventually cost way more to buy a new carseat every time you travel. Just go half and get the stroller/carseat. And if it's too expensive just get a different one that's cheaper
I have 2 strollers. A nice big one that our son's God mama got . And then I bought a lighter stroller ( umbrella stroller)for me to use for when I go on walks because I can't carry a big stroller down the stairs by self.I live in an apartment so it's hard. I agree with both yall.
I’m going through the same situation, and having that car seat/stroller would be much easier to deal with, too bad I can’t afford it. I don’t think it make since to buy a whole another stroller if you have one or a couple of them because over time having a bunch of baby stuff does become cluttered unless you plan to have another baby or know somebody with a baby who is in need. I understand both sides.
An all in one stroller when traveling is best instead of carrying a car seat & stroll separate. But sis i also see where Quik is coming from. Unless you're planning to start passing things on or reselling them they add up fast
I see where both of y'all coming from, and maybe getting a travel one would be worth it; but get a more cost efficient stroller if that's the case. Because the babies outgrow those too fast.
Take it from someone who had THAT stroller. It is wonderful and convenient minus the accessories you need to get with it to hold you bag, cup etc. Not to mention the baby grows out of it extremely quickly. Definitely get something you will have for her till she reaches 2.
I agree with Daysha with a travel stroller that's a all in one. It's more convenient. But outside of a carseat Daysha a new mom and we want every other thing fr. Quik second round we cut back at that stage. Because werealize when buying things we won't use. Lol but this case it's a buy Quik
I hear both sides and understand however with the reviews and my niece outgrowing hers quickly I would say get a cheaper similar product. Definitely agree with daysha definitely have 2 of both for convenience however not that much for something that’s only going to last a few months lol
I haven't even watched it but I can already tell you DON'T DO IT! It is an absolute waste of money....invest in a stroller system like bugaboo or uppababy that allows you to take the carseat off and plop it on the stroller...the Doona will literally only last a few months.... listen ....I can def tell you about strollers 😉
It is a good idea to have two strollers if you can. I just would not pay too much money for it but still get her something nice at a lower cost. I know its hard Dasha because she is your first daughter and you want the best for her in life period and that's a good thing. I know the money is not an issue for you but I would spend a little wiser. Did you ask momma Taylor for her thoughts? She will give you the best advice. Love you and Q both.
It’s also more sanitary for her to have 2 strollers I’ll say for the 1 any home is only for at home and the other stroller can be for traveling since it’ll be around a lot more ppl from around the world
I wouldn’t even waist the money. I believe it’s only up to 35 pounds. So in a few months you’ll have to turn right back around and spend more money on another one. I’m pregnant and I absolutely refuse to spend $500-$600 and it doesn’t last long. I agree with Quik !
I get where both of y’all are coming from buttttt if it’s gonna get tossed around and damaged possibly i feel 500 is a lot I know y’all have it to spend but a cheap graco or something would be ideal for the purpose it will be serving 😊compromise 😌
Personally I was going to purchase this stroller a year ago when I had my daughter but she grew so fast & I figured it would be a waste of money to get it.
I just had a baby on the 29th of March & I wish I got that stroller for my 1st 2 kids because baby LIFE CHANGER !! GET IT GIRL !!! Plus it goes on the plane with you so there won't be no roughness lol
Honestly, I have one stroller for everything. My mom or sister had bought it for me. I don’t have time to be carrying around all them strollers and stuff🤷🏽♀️to me a stroller is a stroller and I don’t have to carry anybody! I’m with Quik on this one! Plus, the airport will throw it around either way it go!
I personally just had my 4th son and brought the bare minimum for him down to the clothes number one I didn’t have it but number 2 I learned I kept wasting money on stuff I didn’t use only thing I really invested in this time was diapers wipes and sleepers
I agree with a travel stroller fr..plus stroller & car seat connected wld have been my 1st choice. Buy one each place dont make sence Quik. It wld add to 250 by then smh. Quik just want to feel right lol.
I understand both sides. I’m one that don’t like my belongings messed up definitely on someone else’s watch. I say by another stroller but less expensive than $500. Maybe $200 or less. I understand you all have the funds (Thank God) but if it’s just for traveling you don’t need anything too expensive.
I get both sides for real tho, $700 is alot and the baby will out grow it very soon but it is good for traveling because it turns into a cart seat and u can use it for the plane, but the doona doesn’t have any cup holders or store areas

Nah that stroller is worth every penny becuz the struggles of traveling with a car seat stroller and suitcases is crazy that car seat that turns into a stroller is worth it I wish they had that when my daughter was a baby would've made life way easier

Being by she little I agree with Quilk she don't need be traveling like that u don't want her to be sick alot with alot different ppl on plane and don't kno who all have what it's hard for baby to fight off a cold
Get it! I want that stroller so bad!!! The convenience is everything. I would’ve gotten it but we ended up getting the UppaBaby Vista as a gift from my mom. Thankfully, she did that because my husband and I ended having another baby a year later and then again a year later lol! It converted to accommodate 3. But we want one more when these girls get a bit bigger and I will be getting the Doona finally because they can all walk! Do it for all of us! Haha
Just go to walmart and get one if you don't want the main one to get messed up, there's no need to pay tons of money on a brand new one just to have it beat up at the airport

I feel daysha cause I wanted this stroller so bad too but your baby going to grow so fast mamas dream going to grow out of it. It’s convenient for now but i don’t think it’s worth the hype. You probably can find better strollers as she gets bigger for longevity💕
I agree with daysha because the combo will be easier for traveling. Quik is right though if yall not gonna be traveling then it might be a waste of money.
The Doona is definitely better for traveling. But the reason about the airport tearing things up would make me get something under $500. Get the stroller it’s worth it.
