Learn from everybody. From what I can understand you are against the Tate brothers and thats fine. Look at parts of what they are encouraging like: "be in good physical shape", remove their names from the equation and there you have it, good advice. My point is, we should not totally agree or totally dissagree with anyone. We can all learn from the achievements, mistakes, good things, bad things of everybody.

She's wrong though. Her underlying premise is misleading. She put words into Tristan's mouth and misrepresented Tate's views and their movement. This allows her to make logically sound arguments, if you accept her premise. However, logic is still has its constraints by the limited information available, devoid of any nuance and proper implications. Adam's mistake was challenging her arguments without challenging her premise, and he fell right into her framing, which is why his arguments weren't as strong. This is because he isn't super familiar with the context of that clip.
