It cant be Gaurav Bhatia doesn't know that Anticipateory Bail CANNOT be granted by the Magistrate's Court? It's a wrong Submission and those viewing this for education want to note that it's our duty as counsels to be alert and responsible while assisting the Court. See Timeline 1-23

@@yesminister6736 Your remark can be misread or read as of someone not knowing the rigours of Argumentation. We hear what we're submitting to the Court and we promptly correct our mistakes and any slip of tongue. That certainly is a bad patch to be chosen for projection as "Education" material for potential lawyers ie Law students.
Always use appropriate words, that names are given by counsel themselves appearing physically for counsel who is appearing on VC. Therefore never use words such as "recorded", in a court only a judge can record. Nowhere it is recorded that Mr. Gaurav Bhatia is a Senior Advocate. Confirm the same with order sheet of the case.
