NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
potatoes - 1,500 kg.
cow cheese - 200 g (crushed)
eggs - 2 pcs.
yogurt - 400 g.
baking soda - 1 tbsp.
flour - 1 tbsp.
oil
sol
pepper
savory
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Season with salt, pepper, savory and a little oil. Stir to mix all ingredients well. Add 300 ml. water. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, in the middle, without a fan, for about 50-60 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Add a pinch of salt, baking soda to the yogurt and stir. Add the eggs, and stir again, gradually adding the flour (until smooth).
Add the shredded cheese to the baked potatoes and stir. Pour the finished filling. Return to the oven for 10-12 minutes until the topping is browned.
