First, congratulations on the big win 🏆. I used one of your other baby back ribs recipe for Father's day. My friends and family ate all the ribs. Again congratulations on your win.
I was never a big fan of ribs till I watched your videos and tried your rubs now your rubs are the only thing I use on any meat I smoke thanks for the great videos
Just want to shout out a big thank you I did your ribs yesterday on my Texas original pit they turned out awesome I absolutely love your butter bath make some so tender and great flavor I used all the rubs that you have I've been a faithful supporter of you for several years love your products.
CONGRATULATIONS! I'm going try one of your recipes for the 4th! I think I'm going to do the every day recipes for one slab and competition style for the second slab!
I’m so glad I came across your channel and talent! Just moved to TN and had to up my bbq game big time ! I’ve bought most of your products in the last few weeks and your recipes and directions for the pellet grill have impressed the new neighbors as well as my family. Off the chart good! Not bad for an ol Aussie that thought bbq meant throwing a sausage on the grill! I can’t wait to do my next cook! Congrats on the well deserved win too!
Congratulations on the wind nice to see you going a little backwards to show us how you've got to wear your hat and won the big prize congratulations and congratulations and thank you for an awesome video
Congrats on the win big guy. Well deserved and hard earned I'm sure. Soon as I can afford a rack of ribs I'm gonna try your butter bath. Thanks Brandon!
@@SycoPhan7 $12-15 dollars? Ha! I wish. I was joking about being able to afford them and more speaking to the fact of how expensive they are now...like everything else. A rack of baby backs in South Louisiana is $22-24 bucks. Each. Thx for the advice Jesse. Unfortunately we don't have any of those stores in our area.
@@allieandbo hell 12 is still too much, they were 1.99 a lb around here before the economy got destroyed. But a lot of people don't think to shop at the discount stores for meat that's why I mentioned it
Heath I ordered your butter bath with shaker and rub with sauce package and did some St Luis style ribs wow that is some great stuff you got there. My Family loved the Heath Riles ribs I made them. Thank you for the great products and the great videos you provide.
I love it when the big time Comp, fellas explain that the stuff they make to win the competitions, isn’t actually the food they eat at home. This looks like a great rib recipe. I’m going o have to try “muddy style”.
Congrats Heath. Heard y’all on the How To BBQ right podcast after you won. Well deserved! Been getting your seasonings at academy nearby and plan on stocking up on your online shop. I’m loving the garlic jalapeño rub and cooked a pork butt today and used the honey rub. Very good! Thanks!
Hey heath man love your videos I have found you garlic jalapeño rub. But can’t find you other rubs. I only could find them at Walmart. Do you recommend looking some other places. I’m from around Memphis area. Many thanks
Definitely. We're in Kroger, Academy Sports. You can also find them at Memphis Barbecue Supply and BBQ All Stars in Southaven. Check out our store locator on our website - www.heathrilesbbq.com/apps/store-locator
If you check out my other rib recipes, I use my butter bath in most of them. I use it in competitions, as well. You cook the ribs unwrapped for 2 hours. You want to put the ribs in a butter bath. Cook them for about an hour, get them up to about 206-208º internally, and it'll make your ribs tender.
Nah. We cook 300 all the time. You can go low and slow at 225 or hot and fast. Time to cook just changes and texture and smoke flavor can change. Either way, it can still be a good eating rib.
