yeah here you got some more reliable news that this ai ahh bullshit: - There will most likely not be a season 2 cuz the show flopped comercially and its only hope is popularity on disney plus (data that us common folks dont have the access too) - IF there will be a s2 it wont come out before late 2026 (i'd be guessing more like 2027 tho realistically)

I think it's really "stuck in the past" of them to rate how popular an anime is based on DVD sales. Chainsaw man DVD sales weren't great either and it was one of the best adaptions ever made. I bet DVD sales are diminishing just based on people moving away from physical media in Japan, and the production houses have been slow to pick up on that...
