@@MyronZhangplus they don't exactly have to reuse animations 100%, but it's easier when each champion has a streamlined skeleton for each skin, so it's probably a good idea overall to give them legendaries while working on visual updates

@@antares3030 Yeah, overall it's an effective stencil for a high quality ASU, that also makes money from the Lee Sin mains and enthusiasts that buy the skin. I mean, in my opinion, he absolutely did not need a third legendary, let alone the mythic chroma. It makes me wonder if God Fist or Storm Dragon would have been a suitable basis without the need for this new skin, but I am digressing.

It's less that riot lost passion but rather this last batches of skins werent made by you or for many players Heavenscale was tailored for the chinese audience, for example

Pretty sure they will. In the latest dev post about the ASU they showed concept art of some of the reworked skins and Storm Dragon Lee Sin was among them with a ponytail. But I wonder how they will handle his completely bald skins like God Fist.

The point for legendaries is too truly set the champion as an alternate version from their usual selves. Marvel and DC has done it so many times and no one complains but as soon as Riot does ppl lose their shit 😂
