Isn't Drop G# the tuning that Love and Death uses? I've always wondered because I love Head and JR's guitar tone on the album "Between Here and Lost". Always wanted to sound as close to that but I could never figure it out. Also don't know if they used 6 or 7 string guitars. If you happen to know, could you let me know? Would appreciate it.
