So Chopsie I have to thank you so much for doing this series and how much you communicate your love for this bike. Since buying mine I have put on a pcV, Rottweiler dongle, dna evo2 airbox, wings exhaust and mapped it. Decal kit will be on its way from Sweden shortly! It’s great how cheap it is to go crazy with custom gear and the bike just keeps getting better🎉🎉🎉

Hello chopsy, always love the vids. Just on your hyper 1100 vs your 690. I guarantee if you don't want to keep both, the 1100 will be sold. To many reasons to list but I did the exact same thing and lost a small fortune in the meantime by selling my hyper 1100, the things we do for fun. Just big kids at heart. Take care brother and keep sharing all your different experiences with all of us. I like watching you more than the tv and just quietly listening to the Mrs rant on about god knows what

Get the ABS dongle, turns off rear ABS and keeps the TC setting if you turn it off and back on.

I got the full Tekmo system, Rotty induction kit and power commander from Rottweiler in California for my 2020 Husky 701LR and they were great to deal with. I've a set of supermoto wheels on the way from them too. She flies now, sounds great and gets nothing like as hot as it was doing. It was great to see how yours came together before I ran riot on the bank card, I did mention to them that your vid pushed me in their direction. I love the blued welds on the header pipe, it gets lots of compliments when I'm out and about.

Put a couple of washers on the rear wheel sensor. Will permanent disable ABS and Traction control.

Nice bike! U can disable tc and abs by putting the rear wheel rpm sensor on the front wheel so u hawe both wheelsensors on the same wheel :)

Love the SMR chops. With the hypermotard there’s a channel called Desmo worx that does Ducati engine rebuilds, he does loverly quality work, might be good idea to make contact, might be able to pint you in the right direction.

Finally the Hyper will make it's comeback really looking forward to see how it goes and see how it will compare to the LCRSMCR690 just remember you robbed the caliper (or the bolts can't fully remember it's been that long lol) off the hyper for the 690.

No, never sell the SM lol, since I got the 701 I don't think I would be able to live without it, yes have another bike but never sell the supermoto, the similar fun is non existent on any other bike haha, stay safe!

Nice ride and vid, The Right Honourable Lamp Chops... Love your perspective and your video structure/info/camera angles/sounds 🤭😬 I own an XT660X.. Found a clean 08. Never ever rode a Supermoto before this. This bike LOVES the city and dismissing trafgic, humps, potholes etc... It just is not interested in big roads at all. It corners with excitement and i cannot WAIT to stick Metzeler M7's on it.... I'm in my late forties now and only rode Sport Sixes.. My R6 was THE BEST especially with Metzelers!!!! Did a couple of stints as a bike courier after owning my own bikes... Memorable Perfromance Course at Mallory Park also in 2003!!!🙏💛🔥💯❣️ @14:23 - good point!! Although it feels like the XT660 warms up a bit quicker, bearing in mind i have Leo Vince x3 which may breathe easier🤔 Oh yeah... i am subscribed❣️ Gratitude for the content🙏💛 #MotorbikesforLIFE❣️💯

Three washers on the rear abs sensor or just remove the rear abs ring on the rear wheel. Still have abs on the front, easy peezy

I have just looked on eBay and there's one very similar. 2015 one owner 3800 miles with the same filter and tune. I use to blast the lanes in 2021 on my xsr 700. last year on the big bulky triumph 1050 sport very sad :(
