Whipping Cream / Light whipping cream - 30% - 35% - soft peaks when whipped Heavy Cream / Heavy Whipping Cream - 36% - 40%. Can use for ice cream, cake and savory dishes Double Cream - 48%. Stiff when whipped. Fresh cream - 20% - 25% Single cream - 12% - 20% If you want to whip, the milk fat percentage should be more than 30%. Thank me later. YW! 💐

Is heavy cream available in sri lanka? If so can u mention a brand or a supermarket to buy from? Also in recipes if they ask to use heavy cream , can we substitute with "whipping cream"? Do we keep the whipping cream at room temperature before whipping or take it straight outta the fridge? Plz reply!
