And believe me, I am typing this message while there's still water buildup in our city and crops damaged. More people had died in tripura, India then Bangladesh instead of blaming India taking flood mitigation measures and support people like we in India doing.
This happened because India opened all the floodgates at once, without warning, at midnight. And during dry summers, they keep all the water for themselves.

Al jazeera do visit Indian state Tripura before making such claims. Its a neutral disaster, where there is excess rain excess water will flow downstream. Every dam has its own capacity to hold water to certain limits and when these limits are crossed dams gate has to be open to stop further devastation. And its India is not only the that has Dams, but most of the countries also has and its not new.

Caretaker government failed to deal with the flood even after knowing it in advance and no government relief reached the flood affected area even after 7 days of the flood.But relief has been provided in some areas for the welfare of common people and expatriates of the country
I am from bangladesh. India withholds water during the dry season, and opens all the gates together in the dark of night during the monsoon season. When we need water in summer, they kill us without water. Thousands of acres of land lost crops due to lack of water. Again during the monsoon season when water is not needed, the water is released and floats in our flood. We are shocked by such inhuman act of Indian government.We need Justice.
