That's Fantastic Congratulations, when you negotiate salary make sure to start off higher than what you actually want because you have to take into account that they will negotiate it down. For the money make sure its worthwhile heavy haul you should be looking at $68k-$110k a year, start off at the higher end saying you want maybe $110k, they might offer $80k and you meet in the middle maybe $90-95k a year, basically they want you to come in and run things so you should get more money, you would probably enjoy doing it, make more money, all around seems like a great opportunity i would definitely do it, also too in the employment contract maybe you can say look i want at least a year locked in (notwithstanding any major things drinking on job, etc.) so you dont have to worry about them hiring you and letting you go if business slows down, watching the rest of the video you probably should ask for more to start out expecting that they will negotiate it down maybe start at $120k, whats the worst they could say no? even if they said that you just say alright what number are you at? and meet somewhere in the middle
