Seems like it would be weaker where they cut and welded it back together. Are there not any continuous spars spanning the length to keep the thing from folding in half?
Thank you captain Dimitriv Antonov (56:49) for the details he explained in English. Although there were some parts where he seemed off with the words, but I must say, its a refreshing insight as most of the videos featuring Russians would often speak in their national lingo and we can only listen to the translators translating the language to English. English is not my main lingo here in Malaysia, but still, its nice once in a while to see Russians speaks English and Captain Dimitriv did a fine job. I wonder, his family name is Antonov, is he by any chance related to the original Antonov person? Just curious. But a very well done video. Enjoyed watching this! Keep up the good work!☺
43:44 be 110% sure the cargo cannot possibly shift around and alter the front/rear CG... LOL It would be really really bad if cargo moves during takeoff, landing or while in-flight!
11.45 One is talking about the issue og these ships being Top Heavy, then the builder is countering about talking about the length..... Try to understand
