Hecate, Goddess of the Moon incarnates what has always fascinated me.
If there's something humanity has shared with the other living beings and had in common through the ages, it is the Moon.
Watching at Her at night since the beginning of life can either be a mystical experience or fascination for astronomy.
As often in Greek mythology, Hecate (or Hekate) is also associated with night, light, magic, necromancy, and sorcery, protection from witchcraft, , knowledge of herbs and poisonous plants, graves, ghosts, entrance-ways and crossroads and is also depicted as a triple deity and associated with Selene and Artemis.
