Way to stay calm!! i saw a terrible comedian perform last month and stayed quiet. no one laughed at her jokes. she got pissed at the audience. called US out. she would have loved a heckler.

These two hecklers have truly inspired me. I want to bum rush the stage at Carnegie Hall, pull down my pants, shit on the stage, then scream "Free speech! It's my first amendment!" while security guards beat me mercilessly. I'll call it performance art.

I'm there to laugh and enjoy what the jesters have to say about the kingdom. The only time I talk during a live performance is if the person on stage addresses me, personally. Once, a comedian made a generalized joke and then decided to point to me and say, "But YOU wouldn't know anything about that." Without missing a beat, I responded, "You don't know me!" I got him. He dropped the mic and walked away for a moment, which got an even bigger laugh when he told the entire audience (those not close enough to hear me) what I'd said. Later, he came up to me after the show and thanked me for the comeback, saying it played beautifully into the routine. I never disrupt, heckle, or try to steal the spotlight, and I think that should be common knowledge for anyone going to a show. Fucking sit down, and unless you're laughing at the punchlines, keep your friggin' mouth SHUT.

I was at a comedy show in Atlanta last year when Lewis Black was performing. He even said at the begining of the show he’s be perfectly happy if someone left the show, walked into the lobby and told him to go fuck himself. Naturally, the show had one drunk Heckler who apparently didnt like the fact that there was one Biden Joke and one Trump joke, and threw two tantrums, the second of which got him kicked out. I shit you not, he yelled ‘I thought this was America’ like Randy Marsh. I think there’s a video on reddit.

UK comedian Richard Herring had an interesting heckler moment... It ended with the heckler invited on stage to make his political point. Herring then SCREAMED in his face continuously: “NOT SO FEKIN EASY WHEN SOMEONE IS SHOUTING IN YER FACE IS IT @$!!” etc.

But now, I will listen to your show, and I believe many others will probably do the same. It is a little bit sad though, to see that many Americans are suffering, frustrated and angry. If only they could get out their frustration in doing something positive in their life, well... as you actually do right there. You are a perfect example on how society should be.
