4WD is actually a Vehicle that u use doing a Off - Road /Challenge/or Normal here are some DEALS! = Dado : Suzuki Jimmy 1.5L, Prado, Mb G63, Hummer H1/H2, Yago! So maybe here more X-trail,.
@@FinchTouring I get that in my job too, but it's a requirement to protect them and me if all goes south. If they still disagree, I don't do the job. Nice work by the way
@@FinchTouring What's the name of the insurance that would pay for such a damage? All the ones I know would not pay for this type of damage, except you lie to them about how it happened.
Good job guys! Came through for the assist, got yelled at for filming the bloody recovery, still stayed to help out. Not sure if they were assholes about it or not, but you guys did good. Well done.
I've never seen this percentage of positive to negative comments on a RU-vid video before. Well done on the recovery and well done on making the world a better place in general.👌
That's why I down voted , too dramatic ,heroic and like you said advertising 😂 Almost embarrassing and cringey to watch... They spent more time filming their own 4x4's than the water filled Prado 120...
Wonder if they got it running? If there was water at the turbo intake then likely the MAF sensor is borked as well. I took 3 spare sensors with me to Fraser because Eli creek was high everytime we needed to get past. Never needed them, the Jeep ate that shit up.
All I see is too many people with too much money great job helping out but people need to see the old 80 series Landcruiser or 60 can do the same job with the same equipment so don’t think you need a new car just good equipment
@@TheRealPatrickStarOfficial HA HA comfort in a 70 series, i own one, they must have forgot to add the comfort in mine at factory, my tractor seat is better Pmsl
A 79 is about even with a 60 in technology and comfort. An 80 with a multi valve diesel is a far better 4x4 than a 79 or 76. People like a 79 because they look tough once you spend twice the purchase amount fixing up Toyota's short cuts.
Ok, I had an AU Falcon with .... 1.5 inches of water over the bonnet! I reckoned that we could make it to a high point and we did, and then onto another high point and eventually out. When I took the air filter apart there was about 2 inches of water in the bottom of the air cleaner box and the air filter element was just sodden and sagging. Changed the filter/drained the box and she was good to go. Love the old AU! (btw, not 4WD, just shitty roads)
Looking at all of these comments from you all, SHOULD WE RE RELEASE THE VIDEO NO EDITING - RAW - NO MUSIC - WIND NOISE - NO SKIPPING RECOVERY WITH COMPLAINT FROM LADY - TALKING FROM PEOPLE WE ARE HELPING?
What size are the tires on the vehicle we arrived in? Are those 35s or 34s? I so wish Toyota would sell new 70 series diesel land cruisers in the states.
My gosh reading the comments just shows why my sons can act like jerks at times! They’re surrounded by a million of them when they go 4wdriving! Grow up BOYS if you don’t like the channel don’t follow. No need to comment like children.
OK, it takes three to pull out one . This is all set up and videos. People who knew what to do . No one rocks up like angels with well equipped vehicles to the rescue. Very, very well done like in the movies
Missing the actual recovery was disappointing but watching all the sand on the air cleaner box go into the box was a highlight, at least until we saw she was flooded.
The team work is awesome, The stupidity of being where it was is just dumb, I heard the comment it's covered by insurance, Hmmmmm you think so, ? Might be in for a rude surprise, Just cause you pay a premium doesn't cover idiocy,
Great job fellas! And very nice trucks no doubt a lot of hard work done to get them! Unlike the jealous kids commenting who still driving their 80’s or Nissan’s.
Old mate with the camera "Ready to start the recovery? WAIT!! Just let me turn around and film the wrong direction while you get it out. OK, ready? I'm filming the dude standing on his side step, facing the wrong direction away from the action, camera rolling, go! ...Is it out yet? OK! I can turn back around now." Legend. RU-vid salutes you. Next time film in portrait orientation :)
the reality is the nut is the driver lol well done i always help ppl I even helped cruiser 80 with my 1995 Terrano 2.7td manual he was stuck on track in to end yet get him out of jam...... still have the 1995 Nissan Terrano and still going strong
All I see when I watch these video’s is thousands of dollars these people spend on their vehicles. Where the hell do people get their money from? I wish I could afford a setup like those..
If you get stuck in deep water dont try and start engine until you see if water has got into intake, if it has get it out then start car , running engine will slowly suck in water until hydro lock engine.
that vehicle would/should have been written off by the insurance company, that much salt water through the drivers side channels means the wiring will be gone in 12months. Seen a few vehicle less submerged than that one written off !
Oh, no they got all their new stuff dirty, got to go to get new stuff now, but it was exciting using it for the first time, I've had those plastic woffle boards bolted no my tonka truck for years now, waiting to use them around Turbot street.
