Heel Hold Bridge is the first stage in the rehabilitation for a Proximal Hamstring Tendinopathy (PHT)
The bridge is performed with the heels pushed into the floor with the toes raised.
Come up into a bridge position keeping the heels pushing into the floor.
Hold for two seconds then relax down.
To progress in the bridge position raise the non affected leg and hold for 5 seconds.
