@@paulsrighteye You can search that on Google map. But yeah it's located way over North Pattaya beach. It's close to Wong Amat beach, kind of.

@@jovitas71 The swimming pool is very nice, the breakfast was ok but, I agree, I wouldn't pay separately for it.🙂

It was the price, this was much cheaper than other similar hotels with breakfast in this area of Pattaya.

@@paulsrighteye loads of excellent hotels in the area for less than 1400 baht add on a multitude of breakfast options for less than 150 baht, that's less than the Heeton, I watched thinking that the hotel was doing some sort of serviced apartment package or something different from the usual. All you did was a hotel promo which wasn't in any way a game changer.

I'm sorry if you feel I have misled you in some way, but I still think this is excellent value for this level of hotel with breakfast for two people in this area. I recently stayed at the Acera lodge that was 1950 per night.
