I stayed in August...great place and staff were amazing. The only trouble I encountered was on my last night when I was set upon by 7 soi dog's by the motorcycle taxis. I didn't run i just screamed at them and stamped my foot. They soon left but was very close to getting bitten. But in saying that i would stay again
Top hotel ? Context: I have stayed for about 90 nights total in Thailand. I have stayed in 8 hotels in the Pattaya area and one AirBNB and I would probably rank this place number 4 or 5 out of those and I paid the most for it of any. The positives are the location and they give you towels at the pool for the pool and seperate towels for your room. This is rare in Thailand. Negatives, This is the only place to ask me for a deposit (5000 as I recall) I stayed in 2023. The pool is one of the smallest of the places I stayed. The Soi Dogs down that alley (gang of 5 or 6) acted like they were going to attack one morning around 2 or 3 in the morning (very dark alley) and I finally had to run at the leader and hope I did not get bit and hope he backed down. This is the only time I actually felt like I was going to get attacked. I love dogs and have never had this problem with the hundred or so other soi dogs I have encountered in Thailand. The gym is a joke and the bar area around the pool was never open the entire time I stayed there. The staff was middle of the road but most places I have stayed had better staff that were wanting to be helpful and nicer. I stayed in several places that included breakfast that cost less
@@paulsgetaways The Grass Serviced has a full kitchen suite and great pool and gym. Excellent staff. I have stayed two different times. The first time equaled about $23 a night and the second time they invited me back and I stayed for $17 a night. Also, 24 hour security. They have both hotel and permanent places to stay. Two other places I loved were in Jomtien which I think is superior for night markets. I also think Glow is a great value. I also stayed in a place that was only about $15 a night that was better for location, pool and staff but room was not as good and the WIFI was not as good as March
I have stayed there 3 times, excellent hotel for the money, the best point is location, being in a dead end you get no traffic noise and there are no noisy bars nearby.
I stayed at the March in 2018, it's a super place and super clean. The location is Soi 15 Pattaya Klang ,not as you said. Can't understand anyone complaining about the safety of It's location, just stupid.
@@keithredshaw3330 2019 it was marketed as a separate hotel next to March Hotel. I stayed there was very impressed. Now it is not on any option list so I thought it had been mothballed due to lack of visitors.
Liked the devonshire brekfast good value and the yorkshire Tea is a plus. I had breakfast there most days on my trip. Kungs is also good I would say their susages were slightly better. Irovers in LK metro is ok value. I did not go much on time bars breakfast. Prime burger is well worth trying out if you fancy a burger. Avenue food court is worth trying as most dishes re 50 baht.
Great video mate iv been coming to pattaya for many years now..and I would like to recommend the Time bar Breakfast it’s 129 baht and it’s in LK metro….you get a lot more including mushrooms tomatoes hash brown..cheers
@@edwinneill988 why do Thais come to uk and have Thai? Sometimes people want some western food for their tummies. It’s good that there is so much choice in Pattaya
@@stevierug8733 Thais eating Thai food makes more sense because it's actually delicious and quite possibly healthy. Brit food fails on both of those counts.
Couple of questions. How much was that breakfast and where in pattaya is the restaurant/cafe? More specifically what road? Looked a good hearty breakfast though.
I stayed, nice clean room, the location of the tv works out great for me to sit and work. The kettle is great too. The location is great too. Between Soi Buakhao and 3rd room. I walked to the billard hall, Double Kiss. The pool gets shadow too early in the day, but it is a pool. Functional gym too. The local restaurants are great. The Continental Bakery, You Restaurant and sports bar and the Gunman open air restaurant next to hotel is nice too, different restaurants with live bands.
Honestly I don't know, they sell some quite strong beers like Chang or Tigers. I don't think I've ever seen Special brew! I will keep a lookout for it 🍺
Für den Preis absolut top. Ich war schon zweimal Gast dort. Alles sauber, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Pool ist ok, Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Hotel ruhig und die Angestellten jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Für ein Budget-Hotel überdurchschnittlich!
Alles ok, das kann ich bestätigen .Es darf nur nicht Schlagseite auf die hintere Außenwand regnen. Geschockt hat mich nur, dass den Betreibern das Dichtungsproblem bekannt ist, nachdem ich einige unruhige Stunden mit dem Regenwasser hatte. Glücklicherweise hatte ich nur meine Schuhe auf dem Boden stehen, Alles andere hatte ich auf dem 2. Bett gelagert.
Ein sehr schlechtes Hotel. Dieses Hotel ist keine 3 Sterne wert. Bei Regen sind die Fenster undicht und das Wasser kommt in die Zimmer- Glücklich hat es von 7 Nächten nur 1 Nacht geregnet .Ich hatte im letzten Jahr ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels. In der Nacht stand ich auf, weil ich etwas hörte, und stand mit beiden Füßen im Wasser. Das Regenwasser kam an den undichten Fensterdichtungen in mein Zimmer. Am nächsten Tage meldete ich das beim Empfang. Dieses Problem war dort und beim Betreiber bekannt.
I really like the theme of Terminal 21 shopping malls. Terminal 21 Asok is the first location. In Bangkok, there is another location on Rama III Rd. by the river. Terminal 21 Rama III is my most favorite shopping mall in Bangkok while Terminal 21 Asok is my second most favorite. Interior decoration is pretty much the same, but the one on Rama III has a more beautiful facade and a riverfront promenade.
Are you new in Bangkok? ;-))) Terminal 21 Asoke is not bad, but its for sure not the "greatest" shopping mall in Bangkok. Go and visit par example Siam Paragon, CentralWorld or Icon Siam. My personal favourite shopping mall in Bangkok is without any doubt Siam Paragon. World class foodcourt, world class shopping options, world class cinema (Enigma offers luxury fully flat bed cinema) and an amazing ocean world located in the basement right below the shopping mall.

Отель действительно очень удобный и красивый. Я жила в этом отеле в июне 2024 г. Внутренний дворик весь утопает в зелени. Завтраки - вкуснейшие, персонал - вежливый и спокойный. Бассейн достаточно большой. Есть ресторан. Обязательно вернусь туда на отдых.
