Eric I thoroughly enjoy your content and i must admit I am ashamed of myself for ever complaining about the cost of a gallon of milk. Consumers worldwide need to realize the amount of work, time, money, and effort, required by farmers and dairymen, to produce the products we take for granted that just “appear” on our grocery shelves. I admire the compassion and care you show for your animals. Thank you!
I am originally from The Caribbean and have a dialect and accent. When I first started watching you I had to listen really close, thought there was a slick accent. Now I can totally get what you’re saying. Now I know how folks feel when they first meet me. I watch you, Saskdutchkid, tom pemberton and farm & hammer.
Loved it! The unexpected escape was a fun surprise. Would have loved to see more of that wrangling. :) Thanks for the view you give us into your families' work. Be blessed!
Moving from the calf barn...Oh my, we have a new room, how come We have to share with more girls. Older ones moving to the little big girls......this does smell like us, where are we?. Thanks for a great video Erick. Love your little calf hauler.
I love how gentle and comfortable those cattle are. That would be like of two days to round up pasture cattle with multiple four wheelers, if they busted out...LOL... you do a great job.
On such a gorgeous day, I don't think I blame them one bit trying to make a break for it! Heard snuffsnuff just before the camera took the dive. Must have had some help. They are so curious and seem very frisky and happy. Thanks for sharing!
My father was a master butcher in two countries and later came to Toronto Canada and in his time was a top notch (I'm not just saying this because he was my dad) cattle buyer. He passed away in 1995. I can't imagine him today keeping track of cattle on a computer with bar codes and all the rest! In his day, the word computer was always preceded by one if not two swear words. It is best that he is gone as this new world would have killed him anyway. However, it would have been fun to watch ;). In the 60's and 70's the only documentation was a weigh ticket that was so messy it had to written by a doctor. 4H RWF 54c buyer(say CDM90), seller(Farmer or trucker) and the weight. (translation 4 heifers, red white face 54c/lb (live) and the weight in lbs. (done until the late 70's on a bar scale). The ticket had 4 copies and when balanced the weighman would squeeze grip on the slider which would imprint the weight on the ticket. Seems like a million years ago now.
its funny, i been watching these videos for awhile now, and i just now realized where you are, ive been past your farm a few times, i dont wanna give it away, but im in the New Holland area
OK ERICK ... WE FOLLOW YOU HERE FROM SOUTHERN BRAZIL, WE LOVE WHAT YOU DO, AND WE ALSO FOLLOW ANDREW CAMARATA IN NEW YORK..HAPPINESS, HAPPINESS AND PROSPERITY!
You're doing a great job with your videos. I don't come to a website to see a bunch of drama. Keep up the hard work and we'll see you at 250,000 subscribers
Farmers treat their livestock very well, their own livelihood depends on it. We have horses and that feeling when you see them on the other side of a fence line or go through an open gate will make your heart beat twice as fast. Luckily we have lazy horses. :)
I would love to have your job. I have some health issues but to be back on the farm would be amazing even if it was for a week. Thank you for the great videos!!
Hi, I live in PA and I was wondering if you do tours or if you would be able to do one because my family is always amazed by your work you do on your dairy farm. Make sure to keep up the good work and stay strong and healthy.
See we did this with a stock trailer and hog panel lol 😂 I miss those days . Wish I was filming stuff like this and not just atv ridding on my channel . Good videos can’t wait for next one , oh hey what’s your death loss on raising baby calves ?
Hi! I don't know if you even read comments, but I just wanted to say I'm a farmers daughter from Holland, and since my dad finally got an ipad he started watching RU-vid, and everyday when he comes in to go and eat breakfast or sometimes lunch he asks : 'Did the guy from Pensylvania post something yet?' Hes hooked and loves how you guys farm over there. He often talks about you. And now we always watch your videos together 😂❤️ Thanks so much! Especially from my dad his tshirt is on its way here! Love from Holland ❤️
