when lockdown started i was 16 years old my height was around 5'3 , my biological sister who is 3 years younger than me used to tease me as i was same height as her and also i was comparatively shorter than kids my age as at 16 people mostly reach there genetical peak of height growth they were 5'6 or 5'7 , now fast forward 4 years i am 20 years old and 185cm idk how much that is in feet . i am really confident and really happy with how i look . all i did in lockdown was Eat a lot of non veg and dairy products play cricket and basketball in my society garden and sleep for around 10 hours daily i gained around 27kgs of weight and i was at my peak of 107kg in jan 2023 now i am 84kgs on point .
