I have to say the combination of really comfortable and sturdy shoulder straps with the loadlifters mean that I never feel the need for a hip belt with this bag. I’ve been really pleased with it so far.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us, Michael. It's great to know that the harness system is holding up well for you even without the need for a hip belt. 😊 - Rebecca

Yeah I'm liking what Heimplanet did with their V2 more than what Minaal did with the 3.0, for sure.

That's all the snack you have? :) I literally pack something the size of one of those small cubes with snacks for my wife, son, and myself :) Really nice explanation of this bag. Anyone else want to see more on those packing cubes? They look really nice, and the design of that interior really popped with those cubes inside. Good to know a little OCD runs in the Packhacker family with the orientation of the cubes from either side. It's the first thing I noticed as well. Elegant minimal design. Well done! BTW, back to snacks... a hit in my family has been the little green and Kalamata olive packs from Trader Joes. If you like olives, they will get you through the hangries! Thanks for the great review!

Which is the most comfortable between this Heimplanet, Minaal 3.0, the CTB 35, and the Aer TP3? Which of those bags do you prefer?

Thank you for the review. It would be better if not sniffing all along the review ;) There are not strap keepers everywhere : look at the side compression straps. The strap of the bottle side pocket seems very low, is it really efficient and useful ? You could have been more precise on the use (ex: maximum size of computer, capacity of the main compartment, comparison with similar bags like Minaal, Evergoods, Peak design, etc.) You don’t notice any issue with the divider : look, the zipper pulls are staying on the way of the main zipper ! Last, I don’t understand your issue with the pouches.

Sry, but what is the problem with the access?

$300,?? get an Osprey Tropos, half the price!! All these other brands aren't worth it. Osprey i bet are much more comfortable too or even a Decathlon bag at $50, the escape 500 32l. I never understand why you don't review Decathlon bags, probably because there is no commission on them!!

We've got a Decathalon bag coming soon 😃

Is it possible to remove the straps ?

Hey, yep. You can remove the hip belt the same way as the sternum strap.

Is the 34L size of this bag how accurate? If comparing to other similar sized bags such as the aer or minaal does it fit comparatively more or less items?

Hey there! Most brands don't use a universal system to measure capacity. You can check out our written review to get a good idea of what the pack can hold: packhacker.com/travel-gear/heimplanet/travel-pack-34-v2/ - Austin

I’m torn between this HP 34L vs PD 45L vs Aer travel back 3.

What is with all these lazy reviews of packs and luggage? get out a ruler. Measure the main compartment space. how big of a water bottle fits? absolutely worthless review
