Hein Introduces DIYvan.com's NEW Roof Adapter for Dometic RTX2000 12V Air Conditioner 

Hein gives you a look at our new roof adapter for the Dometic RTX2000 12V Air Conditioner. The adapter is designed with spacer plate(s), minicell seal and bezel for the optimal low profile installation. The spacer plate is designed to help raise the air conditioner off the roof of the van and reduce how far it protrudes into the van while the bezel gives a sleeker look than the factory bezel. Spacer plates are available in 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch with stacking options available. The adapters are designed to fit a specific spot on your van which DIYvan will need to know when you order your adapter.
This patent pending adapter matches the contour of the OEM roof so an air conditioner mounts to a flat surface. Prevents distorting the roof sheet metal and can be used as an aid for locating the AC. Adapters are CNC machined out of UV and fire resistant expanded PVC.
