A few things I've noted while playing with Heizou: 1. Out of all the inazuman four-stars, Heizou's kit flows exceptionally well together ( maybe even the best ) and his strength level leaves nothing to be desired for the most part. It was almost like a trend for inazuman four-stars to fill an extremely niche roll, ( such as kujo sara filling the roll as a dedicated electro buffer at C6, the same with gorou, etc ), but with Heizou it feels like he can really capitalize on the fact that he's anemo ( and a catalyst user ) to fit into many reaction teams like a taser, national, or even freeze. 2. Heizou's animations are so fluid and cool ( IMO the best in the game ) that he just becomes fun to play in a way that no other character really is. ( lemme know if there is someone like Heizou in regards to animations ) 3. Heizou's transitions between his NA/CA/Skill/Burst are what enables him to do so many swirls, in a short period of time. This again solidifies his position as an onfield anemo driver for reaction teams
i feel like genshin should make a target that doesnt move, attack, have any elemental resistance and has unlimited hp just so there is no extra hassle when trying to showcase damage.
currently maining him, so i want to say a few things: - he's very versatile, he can work in a lot of teams as a main dps. i put him with raiden and xingqiu for reactions, he does so much better (even without them.) - his E is his powerhouse; even with an average build he will do an insane amount of damage. and each time he's off-field he generates a declension stack of his E skill (very impressive i'd say) - his burst on the other hand doesnt seem that much insane, but overall is still pretty cool. i'd recommend you prioritize his E > NA > burst talents - his attacks are very fast, sometimes the auto attacks can be annoying but he deals with it faster and the damage he makes is very satisfying. - overall i am very impressed and proud of maining him. been waiting for him ever since i've read voicelines about him last 2.0, but i've honestly never expected him to be this great. i hope mihoyo works to create more amazing characters like him!
@@itriyum Mine are super weak but I got pretty shit substat rolls on most of my artifacts, and I built him EM. If you build ATK% they may be a little better but I wouldn't expect much.
He is ok. much worse than Gorou and Sara, but much better than Kuki, around the same level as sayu and thoma maybe even a bit better so actually a pretty decent unit.
@@sikkouvol.1996 this is so crazy cuz gorou is awful outside of niche geo teams, sayu is a useless gimmick healer and thoma has the worst shield ever and is almost unuseable.. heizou is miles ahead of every inazuma 4* , best 4* dps after ningguang easily

He feels like 5 star in disguise. He's hitting like 50-80k at lvl 65 decent artifacts. Also much fun to play. A new refreshing playstyle after long time.
He's literally so fun to play. I didn't even spend a cent on him and managed to get 70k right off the bat. Then with a little bit more building his highest so far is 90k. I love his playstyle so much. My team of Heizou, Raiden, Zhongli, and Bennett beat up monsters so quickly it feels crazy that he's only a 4 star.
I like how his ult aims at the enemies, that was one of my worries that he'd miss. Yes sometimes he doesn't hit the one you want him to hit, but his ult can reach the ruin hunters while they are in the air shooting missiles. So it's a win for me ^^
Heizou's kit is one of (if not the most) fun 4-star kit in the game. Quick tip: His burst does a little bit more grouping when you trigger the Windmuster Iris.
as someone who has every anemo character minus jean, i was super excited when he was leaked. and then, i heard he was a main dps inazuman 4 star, and i was a little less excited. hyvs has a tendency of messing these things up. but he’s actually so much fun and probably one of my favorite 4 stars!
Dude hasn't even been out 50 hours yet! Gotta love the pre farming that went into this. My take on Heizou is that he isn't going to be the only brawler-type catalyst user, Hoyoverse is going to use the idea again, which is good because they do know how to make a physical hand-to-hand fighter, he's just the one they gave us to test the waters. I'm betting the next one is either Geo for constructs or Electro for the application.
As someone with what I'd consider not the strongest stuff, even with a kinda broken build and not even fully invested into yet, he's one of if not the character that has done the biggest damage for me Somewhere around 24k with his E, which as someone who doesn't hyper build characters instantly I'd say that's really good and I can't wait to grind and get him even better stats
immediately, he easily became my favorite 4 star character. honestly, i didn't necessarily have a "favorite" before this though that all together i liked kit wise, looks wise, and personality wise like i do with Heizou. i feel like he's is incredibly balanced and one of the most fun characters in the game (even though he's just a 4 star.) overall, i just really really enjoy his character. all of this makes me willing and excited to get him to 90 (80 now bc spent most of my resources on Kazuha first and i'm taking it slow), hopefully get artifact upgrades, and get his talents up + crown him! i'm looking forward to your god mode showcase :)
I haven't had much fun playing Genshin recently, but Heizou changed it. Triple crowned him right away and he is performing insane - as Anemo DPS and in taser team too. Definitely my new favorite main dps.
@@eulalord9617 as anemo dps - yun jin (for normal attack buff), zhongli (for shield) and fourth slot is actually flexible (rn im using fischl cuz im farming exp, but mostly it's bennett) and for taser team - xingqiu, fischl and beidou
I think busted af skill damage aside, what I'm most happy about is that his kit feels complete even at C0. there don't seem to be any inherent problems that are meant to be fixed by a constellation. he's just a great combination of power and fun.
He’s already my favorite character to play and I’ve only had him for 2 days. I prefarmed because I wanted him as soon as I saw he was a melee catalyst user. He’s so frickin fun. Not to mention how crazy his damage is. My Heizou hits 37-42k pretty consistently on his full-charged E without buffs. Now I’m curious how much he’ll do *with* them…
The sucking in thing actually makes a bigger difference than it looked like in this video. When you go in the emblem domain and hit the lavachurlc wuth the burst right at the starts it sucks in both slimes. Its pretty nice.
quick tip that i noticed you didnt bring up, which also explains the random buffed/stronger Es throughout the video: if you read his skill talent, you'll find the getting the full 4-stacks of the declension buff and then using it will buff your NEXT skill.
That last support based passive where it increases everyone's EM, is probably very good in a national team where xiangling and xingqiu are also dealing dmg.
You could also stack full em on heizou and use him as a driver for electro charged teams for example! This would also make more use of his em sharing passive
It’s still pretty fun but I prefer to just focus on crit even if it’s not as good for tazer teams, full em just makes him feel like a way worse sucrose to me
Apparently his best roles are as driver for a taser team with Fischl, Beidou and Fischl, with him using 4p vv and for Mono pyro (as a driver too) with Xiangling, Bennett and Kazuha, here he can either run 4p vv or 2p vv depending on what Kazu has
The first second I saw his combat... I decided to pull him. I did. I pre farmed everything so I could triple crown him, not disappointed at all holy sh*t. The amount of damage this guy soes for a 4 star is INSANE. I got him c4 and he has around 60% cr and 170% cd
i think this dude was made to be a taser driver, while being able to do massive damage., giving that em also helps the team, and the 4 piece viridescent will also increase swirl damage. he's basically perfect for that
As a person who wanted heizou but hoyoverse saild c6 ning and Thoma, I really hope that I’m able to get him on standard or re-run, heck I don’t even know he’s even gonna have a re-run soon, might as well give up getting him all together
I was already planning to replace Sucrose with him in my taser teams but I was kind of expecting Heizou to be less optimal than her but I actually found the opposite and I see him more as a more aggressive/offensive driver than Sucrose and that his playstyle just feels so much more fluid and comfortable to play. I think Heizou's best role is as a reaction driver particularly with taser comps that scale off of ATK. I've actually been running him with Kazuha, Xingqiu, and Kuki and it's actually surprisingly a lot more effective than I originally thought since Kazuha can help group enemies for Xingqiu to apply hydro then Kuki to electrocharged the clumped up enemies and then Heizou to finish them off. Taser is one of my favorite team comps to run and with Kuki and Heizou, they're just that much better to play around with~
I had no clue I would love Heizou as much as I do. Instantly one of the most fun characters to play in the game and soooo satisfying. Immediately made a whole comp around him with Raiden-Yelan-Shinobu and it’s just so tasty. Hahahah
I play him with Yelan, Fischl and Zhongli and I have waay more fun than with Hu Tao. All the colorful numbers, fun gameplay and enemies just dying like flys are awesome :D I love Heizou sm, he's my new main
the second talent makes sense because if you're running something like electro-charged or national team or whatever, the elemental mastery he gives to his teammates will buff their reactions on the side while he deals damage
Heizou immediately became one of my favorite playable characters. His animations are very fluid, his stats are good even at like lvl 4 (I can already do 12k DMG with his full stacked skill) and he's just overall super fun to play- plus I love his personality which really sold him to me. Only downside is he's a close range catalyst, but that's not really an issue for me since pretty much all other weapons are close range anyways so he isn't that much of a problem
My Heizou is level 60 and hitting 20k E’s. I would definitely say he is probably the best Inazuma 4* that Mihoyo has released so far and I’m proud to say he quickly became my main.
He is insanely fun holy hell,when I first saw how his fighting animation is I instantly went to see what weapon he had on I thought it was something new they added mans insaneee
I've been wanting heizou ever since 2.0 with all the buletin boards messages, and now i finally have him!! I got him c1, and now im saving primos for 3.0 :) heizou is really fun and easy to play, after all the niches and even bad inazuman 4* i thought he would be bad, but hes actually a pretty good character!! For everyone who is a heizou wanter, i hope you get him
Heizou is a perfect example of how to do a 4* right. He is fun. He is powerful with some investment. He is flexible. He isn’t perfect but that imperfection doesn’t hinder his play style. 10/10 for me. I run him with Kuki/Keqing, Xingqiu, and Kazuha as an overworld team. I have never had more fun playing this game. He is so much damn fun.
I having a lot of fun with him, but i want to let you know that you can build him with Dodoco Tales and use only 1 normal 1 charged attack + EM VV and you will make him really strong. This is my build and is God Like one. Hope this help who is playing him.
He’s SUPER strong as a 4 star. He did 62k with his e and 36k with his Q with very bad buffers (Mona, Bennett and Zhongli) cause I’m to lazy to farm for Mona and bennett (Bennett’s 8 and Mona’s 4). Oh and I had potion buff and adeptus temptation aswell as xiao’s artifacts (half glad half viri) and level 70 r3 widsith.
Heiziou is so fun and finally after nearly 2 years we got our desired male catalyst user lmao but one thing i surely noted is that em heizou has more main dps petential for constant swirls, whereas crit build makes his e go brrr
Heizou is literally such a fun character:) if you REALLY wanna fish crit for his skill you should use freedom sworn on jean ( if you have her c4 ) if not c6 anemo traveler works too!
Yeah i'm gonna need you to go for c6 for god-mode because holy shit what is that e damage multiplier,i really wanna see what you can do with 32% extra crit dmg and 16% more crit rate,also maybe go full crit damage with kagura's verity? Omg please moga! Like this so he sees my comment please :D
When you realize that you farmed everything but haven't fought trounce domains like 3-4 months. So you couldn't crown him. It happened to me. Crown his AA though. He's hella smooth
I think heizou is a great f2p dps option, similar to yanfei. He can do very good damage and is honestly more fun to play than a lot of the 5 star dps characters lol
I had good artifacts already set for him that was on my Surcose and I finally got him today and I’m so happy. He already did a 13k from e skill without any supports or foods
I was hoping to get Heizou before reaching soft pity and actually got lucky and got him without having to risk my 50/50 on Kazuha. He's so fun to play and he already outdamages my triple crowned Venti. VV 4pc is probably best in slot, though mine has vv+glad atm. 37k E at Lv70 is pretty nice. I'm probably gonna raise Beidou (I didn't get Kuki), XQ and Yun Jin just because of him, so he actually has a dedicated team.
Heizou (main DPS build) normal skill is a bit weak. This can be solved with defelnse Albedo (for aoe) or with Yun Jin (for single target). Add to that Barbara (heal and hydro application) and Shogun/Fishl/Beidou/Kaeya for reaction with hydro. You get quite decent team to have fun with :)
