If it was staged, then Jesse, Parker, and boogie would have all gotten together and talked about it, at least by the summer of 2017 after the so-called real Jesse got out of the mirror world and back into the real world, but they never did. When Jesse and Parker went back to boogie's house in the summer of 2017, they brought Jeffrey with them, probably because it was real when boogie kept threatening them and coming at them the way he did, so they probably wanted someone with them because they probably didn't trust being along with him by that point. When boogie then did a video sitting down in front of his computer with Jesse and Jeffrey there, Jesse and Jeffrey were just sitting there with nothing to say, and Parker wasn't even there. Maybe it wasn't as fake as think it was.

The thing in November of 2016 could have been real, but Jesse could've still wanted to keep the views going, and decided to still have boogie be a part of his videos, but at the same time things really were bad there in November of 2016 among boogie, Jesse, and Parker, so Jesse probably decided to do several videos where he would have Jeffrey be a part of it since Jesse and Parker probably didn't trust being alone with boogie after what happened there in November of 2016. Jeffrey had nothing to do with what happened there in November of 2016, so Jeffrey being there was random and out of place, so again, he was probably there in case boogie would think about coming at anyone with a baseball bat again.
