Helene brings severe flooding and damage to Florida and Georgia 

Helene made landfall Thursday just shortly before noon. Since then she has weakened to a tropical storm. However, Florida and Georgia have seen the most severe impact from her causing severe flooding, downed trees, power lines, and rescues.
