Loved the video! I always enjoy the Heli Expo arrivals. But the SUU B105 came in crazy hot! I thought he was crash landing, lol! Then I recognized the pilot and understood why and chuckled seeing him in flip flops.
I could of set up a chair and made a full day with the spot you had, Awesome job!!!! i liked it when Chuck was coming in hot with the B105, had the opportunity to fly with him one time and it was an epic experience. The things he could do with a helicopter
The S92 and H175 in two main rotor blade configuration looked oh so very wrong! The AS350 had the most comprehensive WSPS I've ever seen, very impressive, though given the known fragility of the type's cabin structure when bad things happen, I imagine it needed every millimetre of that external bracing. Thank you for taking the time to record these beautiful helicopters, the Ground Crews looked very well coordinated and highly professional. I'm pleased to have found and subscribed to your channel.
I cringed when they were towing the H145 and you heard the front end of the skids scraping the concrete. Didn't they have any better options for keeping the front end of the skids off the ground?
That B105 approach was real fast because the guy flying it is Chuck Aaron the first civilian to be certified him and the aircraft for aerobatics in a modified helicopter 🚁
I enjoyed the 429's hub and blades bouncing like they were mounted on a gel pad - Bell Gel? The 505 has to be the ugliest Western production helicopter in the market currently, I mean that with a lifelong respect for Bell, you gotta also love a man who brings a 105 in like that in sandals! Bell are the legends, Airbus make the best and Leonardo make the sexiest IMHO
I live local in Dallas an I am an A/P in the industry. Admission for 1 day is 275.00. Couldnt do it, even knowing I really wanted to attend. Clearly they do not want parents entertaining their 20 kids there as weekend entertainment....
