Just got one of these.. Arrived a week ago and feels like a high end hotel bed. On my back, it is maybe a little firmer than I like, but it's not uncomfortable in that position. On my side, the thing is excellent. I'm not waking up with back pain, neck pain, or arm pain (lack of circulation) for the first time in years. I weigh 255-260 at 6'3". I've only had it a week, but so far, it's been great.
