Hell Let Loose gives you things that other games don't. Incredibly punishing but satisfying and funny at the same time, love the new map! MERCH: teespring.com/... Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching.
@@Bierdurstmann3000 it would definitely not be BFV, (coming from a long time battlefield fan here) dice fucked up hard, if these devs had the budget as dice, they would win over almost all bf fans, the immersion is amazing
I want to say something about the gameplay, but all I can focus on is the fact that he remembered Eugene Roe's name. Hats off to anyone who has watched Band of Brothers. Thanks for the likes homies :))
Wilkham It’s being made by an indie studio, it’s going to be in beta for quite some time. The AAA betas you play now a days aren’t even betas they’re demos labeled as beta to get away from any critiquing people have.
So... It's worth it? Maybe my Christmas present to myself. It looks like what happens when you take the realistic nature of PUBG, where stuff actually matters, positioning, health, ammo, tactics etc, and put it in a WWII setting. BFV looks like a joke compared to this. I know they're different, bit BF is just stale af. They tried to give it the realism of e.g. PUBG, and thought they just needed to hamstring players a bit with "attrition" and they'd be conpetetive with all the new shooters like PUBG. And ended up making what they did have just worse, and none of what they were actually trying to compete with. And they were insisting that WWII was the first great step towards gender equality in warfare... Despite their depiction being a load of fantastical feminazi bullshit historical revisionism.. anyways...
elink1 Yes I’d say it’s definitely worth it, but it’s nothing like PUBG, as PUB is an arcade shooter and this game leans more towards hardcore realism.
@@ravioli-bamboli PUBG isn't an arcade shooter, that's Fortnite. In PUBG you have to learn the recoil of every weapon, compensate for bullet drop, lead your targets etc.
When you watch this, you immediately feel like you are in WWII. This looks so much better than all the initial European BV5 maps. Why couldn't Dice do this in the beginning?
I get why they did what they did given how popular pub g, fortnite, etc was when they were developing the game. They wanted to integrate that into a BF game but really in the process forgot the core BF players and what they wanted. They wanted that big piece of the pie that Fornite had to offer instead of the niche market that BF games are. BF has always had a back seat to COD and other shooters it's just the loyal base that keeps it going. That said I love what they have done with the Pacific maps and hope they continue that route. If they do they can save this game. They just need drastic changes to this horrid spotting system.
Wish bf5 had this damage model. No you cant take 30-06 to the chest or eat 5 rounds of smg to the upper chest and precede to kill the guy that shot you first 3 timeswith a well placed head shot. Love that this game has more realistic damage instead of cod model.
Hell let loose is like an alternative reality where instead of the BF series becoming more and more dumbed down and casual it became more intense, realistic and tactical.
TangyOrange thanks yes thank you! I’ve already played plenty of basic classes and as squad leader tons now! My role is definitely squad leader. It’s the best fun for me and the guys I lead every time
Jack: 6:13 "No one looks in the open fields, because it's so dumb" 8:03 "Is that just a man in the field?" 11:23 "Oh they're all in the field holy crap"
DICE: ‘were making the TTK longer for more enjoyable gameplay and player retention’ *Popular BF youtubers start playing more CoD, Hell let Loose, Insurgency Sandstorm, R6*
This game is amazing, if any of you are thinking of buying this, I really recommend you do. If you all use mics and teamwork, the reward of winning the game is fantastic. Also, the immersion is brilliant, and I've only had it for 1 day.
In here, the BAR is effectively a really powerful automatic DMR that kills in one or two shots to the chest. In BF5 and COD WW2, the BAR takes four shots to half the damn mag to take out one guy and functions more like some wimpy SMG.
problem is the player base on consoles are mainly kids, kids usually don't understand teamwork and this game is only won by teamwork. no matter how great your k/d is, if the rest of the team isn't working together you can't win :)
Games like this are super hard to get on console, 1. You have to find someone to Port the game and most ports are shit 2. You have balance both updates between console and PC since console will be behind with updates 3. Hope that there is even an audience
@@Katseify there is going to be animation overhaul. People who made animations in previous battlefields are now making new animations to hell let loose.
Would be cool to see a 1 life mode where if you die you are replaced by an actual replacement. It would be an event more than a mode I suppose but kinda shows you how likely it is even when players only have one life they will probably die heh.
Cheers Jack another awesome HLL vid, would love to see you do some post scriptum gameplay aswell for a bit of a contrast & compare of these two games. Have a Merry Christmas !
Even if they make ttk worse, then i doubt that they bring hardcore back Edit: I think they make no more effort to continue working on BFV, because of low sales exceptations and the pressure from Disney through battlefront 2.
Dev team is way too poor and small for that... they're what, 20 strong around the globe? They can't even create all their assets, they have to outsource many things. Their success is so much more glorious for that.
I would not expect that happening soon. Bear in mind they are a small team and the game is still in early acces, but maybe some day. But yes, it looks like a great more realistic alternative to BFV.
I remember my first game when I was getting artillery strikes on my position while being terrified to move. Hearing screams all around you when you're getting shot at or fellow soldiers screaming as they get blown up, gunshots, explosions, this games brings darkness to a whole other level.
HLL getting some attention, nice. Great game and hope more people get to experience it when they would normally just play battlefield thinking it was a realistic team based FPS
I've been playing this a lot recently too. I'm enjoying it massively other than the vaulting mechanic being no where near finished. A few times I've been crawling up a hedge line and needed to jump over the fence.. my inner dialog goes nuts lol. It's such an intense experience.... I really hope this gets to a final finished game
@Paraghkjhkjh You forgot lower prices, content drops before consoles, easier control, better graphics and a bigger variety of games other then mainly fps games
Just started the game two days ago. As a long time Battlefield-player since 1942 i can say this game is way better and way more fun. I dont care about the bugs but the gameplay itself is what i always expected from BF after 1942...
Glad to see that you guys gave it another try. From the loks of the last one, I thought that you might not. LOL. Well, are you liking it any better? I think that once you start getting the tactical elements figured out it will be a bit more enjoyable. You guys do work well as a team and your presents could be a big boost for the franchise. Thanks for the vid. Cheers!
At least people will not know where I shoot them makes me happy, I am ANTI TANK and somehow sneak behind enemy lines have good spot and run out of ammo and kill like 31of them until they finally found me
