Zach seems cool as hell. He genuinely loves what he does solely because it makes him feel good and inspires youth. He’s just a hard working artist that hasn’t become stuck up from his success.
41:09 The sheer energy of hearing both of them shout "no" at the the suggestion of a sound check singes my body hair and reminds me to believe in myself
Zach's rhythmic drumming patterns on better get a broom! are phenomenal. I played drums for 8 years throughout school and didn't find out about Zach Hill until maybe junior or senior year. Unfortunately had to give up drums when I graduated due to money and space issues, wish I kept going so I could at least try to get really good.
Never give up man, you're still alive and the sun is still rising tomorrow. You damn sure are in the right place to be motivated. I love these guys so much. If space is an issue, compromise. If money is an issue, the cheapest I found was $100 Behringer at the pawn shop. You can always just get some sticks and smack pillows or something. If there's a will there is a way
@@jtyler0 That is 100% the honest to goodness truth, no matter what there is always a way. Even if you have dystrophy Like I do, there is still a way.Granted you'll burn away your body but there is still the way.
Now that I have seen more interviews done by musicians/engineers/producers, when you see these interviews, done by "journalists" They just ask the same typical questions over and over, because they don't know what else to ask. "So, what is it like to being in a band of two people?"
