One of the things that people either don't know or often forget about battletech? There are legit canon alien life forms that are big enough to basically actually fight some mechs. Good job.

Ok, did not see that coming but I am pleasently surprised. As others here have said its not easy to do horror in Battletech, the setting doesn't allow for it really. Yet you found a way to make what was a basic raid for a merc company and turn it into a horror story without the antagonist even being human. Thats brillant and I adore it.

Not even death will stop an aggrieved Ghost Bear from finding retribution.

And no one beleaved the surviving raven pilot about wired green lights, or the squad never being seen nor heard from again after com failure.

Making a horror in which protagonist is a 10 meters tall battle robot with weapons size of a decent truck is a exceptional achievement. Never thought i would see battletech from this perspective. Good job!

Ok, now you've done it, I just have to bring your creations up to papa Tex of Black Pants Legion, this is absolute stellar stuff and was unnerving to the max. Though I didn't understand what happened, it was spooky as heck, and it's hard to do when giant stompy battle robots are involved.

Shit. First of all, I wasn't expecting it to get creepy at all. Secondly, I didn't think I could feel scared if the protagonist is piloting a mech, but I was wrong. It's the kind of horror that's always creepy, no matter the situation: the unknown. Genius

Duuuuude, horror is hard to do with Btech, but this was friggin nuts. Loved this video, Farseer.

Nice ghost story fitting for BT, last line is a really nice nod to Pitch Black.

This captures so much of what I love about Aliens and Predator. It's just an average pillage for some pirates possibly but it starts to suddenly and violently grow unsettling and silent. Low visibility, instruments failing left and right, and finally the slow degradation of numbers. You nail discomfort.

So, the clan Ghost Bear Hellbringer, her pilot long since dead and herself nothing more than a frozen mech corpse, her green cockpit light luring the unwary to their doom. Extremely well done! Though I have questions regarding the “monster” beneath the ice and those spooky green lights. Actual ghosts of clan Ghost Bear? Or some multi-eyed swimming monster native to this icy inhospitable world? I hope you do more Halloween-based mechwarrior content as this was extremely well done!

So, it was an alien lifeform that used the derelict clan mechs as a sort of radar to find other mechs, or was this really just robot space ghosts under the ice?

That was SIX MINUTES!? Jesus it felt like it was only 2 minutes! Great animation and voice acting as always, keep this stuff coming!

I was a bit skeptical at first, seeing the *old* battletech art style in this. but holy SHIT. this quickly turned around thanks to the writing and such. that was just flat out great, and memorable despite the slight jankiness to the old mech designs.

To think...if he hadn't fired...he could have salvaged that hellbringer...

Not at all what I expected. Nice twist! Hope you will do more of these, they are really a nice throwback to theatrical style of MW2 and Mercs!

I cannot explain to you how much I love these animations.

Armed and armored in a giant battlemech, you think you're like a conquering god. How could you have known that this is a hellish land of true horror monsters... Humility is often a lesson learnt much too late.

Spooky mechs!, I can add this to the zombies of necromo, or great Gaffas highlander. Or that tale of the black maurader.

Watching this a year later is fridge brilliance, as what happened is entirely up to viewer perception, as what happened could be chalked up to anomalous alien wildlife, a secret clan submersible weapon, or perhaps even just an atmospheric anomaly.

if they make a live adaptation of Battletech, this should be one of the episode.
